Are we living or we are alive? There is a huge difference between living and being-alive. Living is the routine of ever day life. Living is set of same activities which we do most of the time. The mind and the body follow the same instructions. The mind is thinking of success or failure, profit or losses, happiness or sadness, give or receive, calculations or judgments The body is engaged with pain, uneasiness, disease or health. Life goes on with the same set of principles and goals.

BEING-ALIVE is to take a totally different state of looking to the present way of living life. BEING- ALIVE is to be in a state of alertness, awareness and newness.

I am aware of my breath. I am mindful of my steps. I am deeply focused on my life style. I give lot of time to myself. The fast pace of life slows down. There is pause in every act of mine. There is feeling of wakefulness. The mind is at rest and peace. The breath is longer and deeper. BEING-ALIVE means there is a feeling of LOVE in the heart, which is in fragrance of flowering most of the time. The joy of enjoying the present moment is immense.

The CONSCIOUSNESS moves into inner peace, silence and stillness. The soul enjoys the flowering of the new state of awareness. The freshness and newness are felt most of the time. The limited boundaries are broken and the feeling of limitless takes us to an uplifted dimension, where there is only joy, happiness and blissfulness. Instead of living only, the feelings of ALIVENESS comes in the forefront. Instead of success or failure, the life craves for the feeling of excellence. The spirit of BEING-ALIVE takes us to the abundant feelings of AMAZING BLISS.
